SNR has developed the TopLine range of ball bearings (based on the 600, 6000, 6200, 6300 series) which survive under extreme operating conditions.
The first range of bearings for extreme use available from stock.
Application examples: electric motors, textile machines, ac generators, heating pumps, refrigaration systems, industrial ventilation, couplings, dryers, compressors etc.

The SNR TopLine range is in 4 families:
FT150, FT150ZZ : medium-high temperature(<150oC) , high speed (<500.000 N.Dm)
HV ZZ : high spedd (<700.000 N.Dm)
HT200, HT200ZZ : high temperature (<200oC) , medium speed (<150.000 N.Dm)
LT, LT ZZ : low temperature (>-40oC for LT series, >-60oC for LT ZZ series) |

| SNR F600 HIGH TEMPERATURE RANGE |

The F600 range bearings receive a specific surface treatment making them resistant to oxidation and thermal shocks, allowing operation between 200oC and 350oC , at less than 50rpm and moderate loads.
The F600 series also include:
F604 greased and protected with baffles
F605 stabilised to 350oC, without surface treatment, for limestone baking ovens. |
