The SNR SNC plummer block housing is a technological advancement of the previous SNB, SNU series.

The standard SNC range has 74 different sizes, giving a wide selection that can be used to meet all requirements and operate in all types of situations.

Standard SNR SNC housings have shaft diameters from 20 to 160 mm. They are used to hold self-aligning ball bearings and spherical roller bearings.

On request, special production of bigger sizes and other materials, such as ductile iron can be produced.

Due to circular ribbing on the housing body and X-shaped support surface, the SNC housings have excellent form stability and rigidity, which optimizes the vibration behaviour.

Further, the heat dissipation of the SNC housings are increased – temperature reductions of 10% in operation have been measured.

Assembly and fitting is fascilitated by a range of guide markings and two extra assembly holes on the base plate.

DA wide range of sealing solutions are offered. Operating temperatures up to 200^oC and misalignments up to 1,5^o are possible.
